Ministry of Transport – Damietta Port Authority – Declaration No. (13) for 2017/2018

Local and foreign companies are invited to participate in the following Public Auction launched by Damietta Port Authority (DPA):

 

General Conditions:.

  •  The booklet of conditions and specifications can be obtained from the General Department of Contracts and Procurements at Damietta Port Authority. The booklet can also be requested in cash via Express Mail.

  •  Bids shall be submitted in the Tender and Auction Hall in front of the main gate of Damietta port at 12:00 PM on the day specified for the auction.

  • The provisions of Damietta Port Authority’s contracts and procurements are applicable to this auction. Provisions of the Tenders and Auctions Law No. (89) for the year 1998 ,its executive regulations and relevant amendments shall otherwise apply in case any item is ignored by Damietta Port Authority’s relevant provisions.
